Just saw the WARN notice drop for the Fennville site. They cut 75 people effective June 27th. It’s always the same story with leadership—talk about 'operational efficiency' and 'streamlining' while the rest of us are left wondering if our desk will be cleared out by next week. Is anyone hearing if this is just localized to Michigan or if there’s a bigger wave hitting corporate? The silence from the top is deafening as usual. I was at the Fennville plant for years, and this feels like a gut punch. I’ve been hearing rumors that more corporate roles might be on the chopping block later this summer, but management keeps everything locked down tight to prevent a mass exodus.
