Questioning Stability at Conagra - Thoughts?

Okay, putting this out there anonymously because I value my job, but lately the vibe at Conagra has felt a bit uncertain. We've had some budget cuts trickle down, projects are getting re-prioritized constantly, and there's a definite lack of transparency about future plans. I haven't seen any official layoff notices, but the underlying current feels like the company is bracing for something. Is anyone else feeling this? Are managers being cagey about headcount? I'm trying to assess my own situation and whether it's time to start casually looking around, or if this is just the standard 'economic uncertainty' phase we hear about every few years. Any insights from other departments would be appreciated.

I've noticed similar shifts. The constant project shuffling is definitely a symptom of something, though it's hard to pinpoint exactly what. Managers are definitely more guarded than usual when you ask about the roadmap or even just team stability. It's creating an atmosphere where people are understandably looking over their shoulders. Just trying to focus on doing my job well, but the uncertainty is a distraction.
