Anyone else feeling the vibe at COP? Seeing some odd reshuffles.

Hey all, been with ConocoPhillips for a few years now, and lately, the atmosphere feels a bit…tense. Not hearing any official layoff talk, thank goodness, but there's definitely been a lot of internal restructuring and 'realignments' happening across different departments. Some project teams are suddenly much leaner, and I've noticed a few senior folks exiting the company unexpectedly. It's got people whispering, you know? Wondering if it's just standard business optimization or if something bigger is brewing. Anyone else in a similar boat or have any insights? Trying not to stress, but it's hard when you see the ground shifting under your feet. Curious to hear if others are experiencing this or if it's just my corner of the organization.

I've been in the industry for a while, and 'realignments' are often a precursor to bigger changes, whether it's a merger, acquisition, or strategic shift. It's wise to stay aware of what's happening internally and keep your resume updated, just in case. Hope it's nothing serious for you all there.
