Hey everyone, been with COP for a few years now and things have felt a bit... uncertain lately. No major news or anything concrete, but there's definitely a different energy around. Projects seem to be getting scrutinized more, and there's a lot of talk about "optimizing" resources. I'm not seeing outright layoffs, but I'm wondering if anyone else is picking up on this.
