ConocoPhillips: Any word on RIFs or restructuring?

Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter on here about other O&G companies making cuts, and it got me wondering about COP. Haven't heard any official word or concrete rumors specific to us, but there's definitely a weird undercurrent. Some teams feel like they're being consolidated, others are losing key people without obvious replacements. Makes you wonder what's brewing behind the scenes.
