COP - Is it just me or is the energy getting low here?

Lately, it feels like there's a general sense of unease hanging around the virtual water cooler. Performance reviews just wrapped up and the usual 'great job, keep it up' feels a bit hollower this year. Been seeing a lot more 'urgent' all-hands meetings that seem to go nowhere, and honestly, the general vibe is just... tense. People are being a bit more tight-lipped than usual, and there's a definite uptick in LinkedIn profile updates from people in similar roles at other companies, which is always a bit of a red flag for me. Anyone else picking up on this? Or am I just overthinking things because it's Q4? Curious to hear if others feel the same shift.

I've been feeling a similar sentiment lately. The 'urgent' meetings are becoming a bit of a meme, aren't they?
