Wilmington facility impacted again - 12/09 effective date

Just saw the latest WARN notice for the Wilmington site on W. Anaheim Street. Another 3 people getting the boot effective December 9th. I know it’s a small number compared to the big restructures of the past, but it feels like death by a thousand cuts. Is anyone at that location seeing a wider exit strategy, or are they just picking off individual roles now? It’s impossible to plan for the holidays when the WARN notices keep trickling in like this. If you’re at that site, stay safe and keep your resumes updated. Seems like no department is actually shielded from these 'efficiencies' anymore.

It is honestly exhausting watching the drip-feed of layoffs continue like this. At this point, it feels less like a strategic restructuring and more like management is just waiting for the clock to run out on the facility's life cycle. Everyone left at the Wilmington site should assume they are on the list eventually. Keep your resume updated and start looking for an exit strategy now, because waiting for the next notice is just a recipe for anxiety during the holidays. Don't let them catch you off guard when the next round hits.
