Anyone else feel the vibe change at Constellation Brands?

Hey everyone, been with the company for a few years now, mostly in a supporting role. Lately, it feels like the atmosphere has shifted. Meetings are getting shorter, more focused on 'efficiency' and 'streamlining'. My manager is being cagey about future projects, and there's been a noticeable slowdown in new initiatives being greenlit. It's not outright panic, but there's definitely an undercurrent of 'what's next?' I've seen a few key people quietly exit over the past couple of months, not necessarily huge departments, but influential individuals. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on this, or if I'm just overthinking things. Curious to hear if others are seeing similar trends or have any insights.

I've noticed the same shift. The focus on 'efficiency' feels like it's coming at the expense of innovation. It's tough when you're used to a more collaborative and forward-thinking environment. Hopefully, this is just a temporary phase and things pick back up soon.

Yeah, the 'what's next?' vibe is real. It's a bit unsettling when leadership isn't transparent about the direction. I'm wondering if it's related to market conditions or internal restructuring. Glad I'm not the only one feeling it.
