Anyone else feeling the chills in Finance?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else in the Finance department at Constellation is feeling a bit uneasy lately. It's been strangely quiet on the departmental meeting front, and the usual flow of projects seems to have slowed down considerably. I've heard whispers about budget reviews taking longer than usual, and some of the usual buzz around Q4 planning feels… muted. Not sure if it's just the end of a fiscal year thing or something more. Has anyone else picked up on anything similar in their teams or across other departments? Curious to hear if others are experiencing this quiet before a storm, or if I'm just overthinking it. Trying to stay positive, but the uncertainty is definitely getting to me.

I've definitely noticed the quieter vibe. It's unusual for things to be this subdued leading into Q4. The budget reviews have been a slog, that's for sure. I'm trying not to overthink it, but that lack of usual chatter around upcoming initiatives is a little unnerving. Hopefully, it's just a seasonal lull and not a sign of bigger shifts.

Same here. The silence is deafening, almost. I was expecting more energy around Q4 planning, but it feels like everyone's just… waiting.
