Hey everyone, Been feeling a weird vibe around here lately at Constellation. No official word, of course, but there's been a lot of hushed conversations and some subtle signs that are hard to ignore. Project scopes seem to be shrinking, and there's a general sense of unease creeping in. It feels like something might be brewing beneath the surface. I've been trying to stay optimistic and focus on my work, but the water cooler talk and the general slowdown in some departments are starting to get to me. Anyone else picking up on this? Maybe it's just the usual end-of-quarter jitters, but it feels different this time. Curious to hear if anyone has heard anything concrete, even if it's just speculation. I've definitely noticed a shift in atmosphere too. It's tough to pin down exactly, but there's a definite quietness that wasn't there before. Trying to keep my head down and do good work, but it's hard not to pick up on the general sentiment. Hope it's just a seasonal lull or a strategic realignment, but the rumors are hard to completely dismiss.
