Market volatility impacting our roles?

Between the economic outlook and shifts in the beverage industry, I'm starting to wonder if we're all just bracing for impact at Constellation. We've seen some pretty big swings in the market lately, and I know our products, while strong, aren't immune. Been seeing a lot of 'efficiency' talk creeping into internal comms, which usually sets off alarm bells for me. Does anyone have any insight into how the macro trends might be filtering down into specific teams or roles? Specifically curious about Operations and Supply Chain – seems like those areas would be most directly impacted by any major strategic shifts. Just looking for some honest takes on whether others are seeing the writing on the wall, or if this is just standard business cycles.

Yeah, I'm feeling the same way. The 'efficiency' narrative is definitely a red flag. I've noticed more pressure on project timelines and a bit of a freeze on non-essential travel and spending. It feels like management is trying to conserve resources, which, while understandable given the economic climate, makes you wonder about long-term growth plans and potential headcount adjustments. Hopefully, it's just a temporary belt-tightening.

It's a nervous time for sure. The beverage industry is definitely seeing some interesting shifts, with changing consumer preferences and supply chain complexities adding to the mix. While our core brands remain strong, it's hard to ignore the broader economic headwinds. I haven't seen direct impacts on my team's day-to-day, but there's a definite undercurrent of caution and a focus on demonstrating value and necessity in every initiative.
