Morale dip or just me? Feeling the pressure lately.

What's going on at Constellation? It feels like the vibe has shifted pretty noticeably over the past few months. People seem more on edge, meetings have a different tone, and there's a general undercurrent of uncertainty. I've been in supply chain logistics, and we've had a few 'organizational reviews' that felt more like assessments than anything positive. Leadership messaging is all about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining,' but it's translating into longer hours for some and less clarity for others. It's hard to shake the feeling that there's a storm coming, even if nothing concrete has been announced. Has anyone else felt this shift in morale? Are there any positive signs I'm missing, or is it time to start dusting off the resume? Just trying to gauge the general sentiment.

I'm feeling it too. The 'efficiency' talk is definitely a euphemism for more work with fewer resources, at least from where I'm sitting. It feels like we're being pushed to do more with less, and the communication about the 'why' behind these changes is really lacking. It's creating a lot of anxiety and making it hard to stay motivated when you don't understand the direction.

I've noticed the shift as well, though from a different department. The focus on 'streamlining' feels like it's coming at the expense of employee well-being. There's a palpable sense of unease, and the constant talk of reviews and assessments is definitely contributing to that. I hope leadership addresses these concerns proactively, because the current atmosphere isn't sustainable.
