Curious to hear if anyone has seen any significant changes in compensation or bonus structures at CoStar recently. With the general market sentiment and some of the commentary from leadership about efficiency, I'm wondering if that's translating into how they're handling salary increases or potential bonuses this year. I know some companies are tightening things up. Has anyone had recent performance reviews or compensation discussions that shed some light on this? Trying to manage expectations and understand the current financial climate within the company. Any info on base salary adjustments, promotions, or even changes to commission plans would be helpful. Just trying to get a pulse check before year-end.

I've been with CoStar for a few years now, and while 'significant movement' might be a strong term, there have definitely been adjustments. Performance reviews still seem to be the primary driver for individual raises, and the bonus structure remains tied to team and company performance. It feels like they're definitely watching expenses closely, which probably tempers aggressive increases, but they haven't drastically cut back on rewarding strong performers from what I've seen or heard directly from my team.

Echoing the sentiment here. It feels more like a 'steady as she goes' approach rather than a huge shake-up. My last review didn't result in a dramatic salary bump, but the bonus payout was in line with expectations given our team's targets. Leadership talks about efficiency, and I think that translates to a more measured, data-driven approach to compensation, ensuring that increases are truly earned and justified by performance metrics. It’s not the wild west, but solid work is still being recognized.
