Hey all, just wanted to see if anyone else at CoStar is noticing a slowdown. Been with the company for a few years now and things usually pick up around this time of year with end-of-year pushes and planning for the next. But lately, feels like budgets are really tight. Not seeing as many new roles opening up, and some teams seem to be in 'maintain' mode rather than 'grow' mode. Even internal projects feel like they're under more scrutiny. Anyone else hearing anything about a potential hiring freeze or just general belt-tightening? Trying to get a pulse on the situation without causing unnecessary panic. I've definitely noticed a shift in the vibe lately. It's true, things feel a bit more cautious than usual. The usual end-of-year buzz seems muted, and you can sense a bit of a tighter grip on resources. I'm curious to see if this is a temporary adjustment or something more sustained. Hopefully, it's just a typical seasonal lull, but the feeling of everything being under a microscope is definitely there.

Yeah, the slowdown is palpable. Less proactive hiring, more focus on existing teams and projects. I've heard whispers about budget reviews being more intense than in prior years.
