CoStar - Anyone else seeing hiring freezes?

Been seeing a lot of job requisitions for my team get put on hold or outright cancelled over the past few weeks at CoStar. It started small, just a couple of roles that were 'under review', but now it feels more widespread. My manager is being pretty vague about it, just saying 'budget constraints' and 'strategic reallocation'. Doesn't feel like a typical hiring slowdown. Usually, we'd be eager to fill these spots, but now it's like crickets. Anyone in other departments noticing the same thing? It's making me wonder what the bigger picture is here. Is this a precursor to anything, or just standard business practice? Trying to get a sense of the pulse across the company. Any insights would be appreciated.
