CoStar - Management optics lately?

Anyone else feel like management's messaging has been a bit... off lately at CoStar? Between the recent 'strategic realignment' emails and the general lack of clarity on future direction, it's creating a lot of anxiety. It's tough to stay motivated when there's so much uncertainty. Performance expectations seem to be increasing while resources feel like they're being tightened. Is it just me, or is anyone else feeling like the company is heading into a rough patch? Would love to hear if others are experiencing similar feelings or have heard any official (or unofficial) word that might shed some light. This constant ambiguity is exhausting.
