CoStar - Performance review season and job security?

Alright folks, performance review season is here at CoStar and it's got me thinking about job security. Usually, this is just about feedback and potential raises, but with the current market and some of the industry chatter, I can't help but wonder if reviews are being used for more than just development. Has anyone gotten any feedback that felt like a prelude to something more serious? Or conversely, has anyone received really strong positive feedback that makes them feel secure? I'm in sales, and while my numbers are decent, there's always pressure to be top of the pack. Just curious about the general sentiment and if others are feeling the same level of scrutiny, especially with no official layoff news to calm the nerves. Appreciate any insights.
