Hey everyone, been hearing some whispers around CoStar lately about potential restructuring. It's not a formal announcement or anything, but there's definitely a buzz. Some teams seem to be undergoing significant shifts, and there's talk of consolidating certain functions. Just wanted to see if anyone else has been noticing this or has any insights into what might be happening behind the scenes. I've been at CoStar for a while now, and these kinds of rumors do pop up from time to time. It's hard to say if anything concrete is happening, but it's true that sometimes departments do shift to better align with company goals or market demands. I haven't personally seen any major leadership changes or direct impacts to my team's reporting structure, but I'm definitely keeping an eye out. It's always a bit unnerving when there's uncertainty, but hopefully, any changes will ultimately benefit the company's long-term strategy.

Yeah, I've heard similar chatter. My department hasn't been officially notified of any restructuring, but there's a definite sense of 'something's brewing.'
