Hi all, I've got an interview coming up for a [Specific Role, e.g., Department Manager] position at Costco and I'm trying to get a feel for what to expect. I've heard they have a pretty thorough interview process, sometimes involving multiple rounds and situational questions. Does anyone have recent experience they can share? What kind of questions did they ask? Were there any specific skills or experiences they emphasized? Also, any tips on how to best showcase my understanding of Costco's culture and business model would be greatly appreciated. Trying to prepare as much as possible. Thanks in advance!

Hey there! I interviewed for a management role about six months ago. They definitely focus on teamwork and problem-solving. Be ready for scenarios about dealing with difficult customers or managing inventory. Emphasize your leadership style and how you motivate a team. Also, showing you understand their business model and commitment to employees really goes a long way. Good luck!

I can't speak to management roles specifically, but I had an interview for a warehouse position last year. They were big on reliability and willingness to learn. The questions were pretty straightforward, asking about past work ethic and how I handle busy environments. Showing up on time and having a positive attitude seemed to be key. Hope that helps a little!
