Costco - Anyone else feel the vibes lately?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if I'm the only one picking up on some weird energy at Costco recently. Been here a few years now, and while it's always been busy and demanding, lately it just feels... different. Schedules seem a bit more unpredictable, and there's been a lot of 'reorganization' talk, which usually makes me nervous. No official announcements or anything concrete, but the chatter amongst senior staff is getting louder. Anyone else noticing this? Wondering if it's just my location or something broader happening across the company. Trying not to stress, but it's hard not to think about it when you see these subtle shifts. Just looking for some shared experiences or insights. Stay safe out there.

Yeah, I've noticed some shifts too, though maybe not explicitly 'weird energy.' It's more like things feel a bit more chaotic than usual. Stock isn't always where it should be, and checkout lines seem to be moving slower even when there aren't that many people. I chalked it up to the usual holiday rush effects, but if others are feeling a more systemic change, I'm curious to hear more. Maybe it's just the times we're in affecting everything, even the bulk-buy paradise.

I haven't picked up on anything particularly 'weird,' but I have noticed more staff looking a bit stressed or overwhelmed lately. It's always been a fast-paced environment, but now it seems like there's an undercurrent of tension. The 'reorganization' talk definitely makes me raise an eyebrow. I hope whatever changes are coming are for the better and don't negatively impact the shopping experience or the employees. Fingers crossed it's just a temporary funk.
