Is anyone else noticing shifts in scheduling or hours lately?

Hey all, Just wanted to put this out there and see if I'm the only one experiencing this or if it's a wider thing at Costco. Over the past couple of months, I've noticed some definite changes in how shifts are being posted and the hours available. It feels like there are fewer full-time positions being offered, and more people are getting their hours cut or being scheduled for less desirable shifts. Specifically, my department has seen a few people move to part-time unexpectedly, and it seems harder to pick up extra hours like we used to. Even management seems a bit cagey when asked directly about it, just giving vague answers about 'business needs' or 'adjusting for efficiency.' It's not a full-blown layoff situation, thank god, but it's definitely making things tighter financially for a lot of us. Is this just my warehouse, or are others seeing a similar trend? Could it be a sign of something bigger down the line, or is it just the usual retail ups and downs? Trying to understand if this is a localized issue or a company-wide adjustment. Any insights would be appreciated.
