Hey everyone, been with Coterra for a few years now and lately things feel... different. The workload seems to be piling up, and I'm noticing a general sense of unease among my colleagues. People are being a bit more tight-lipped, and the usual office chatter seems a little more subdued. Anyone else picking up on this? Wondering if there's a larger reason behind it, or if it's just the usual end-of-year crunch. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but the atmosphere is definitely shifting. Curious to hear if anyone else is experiencing similar vibes. Is it just me, or is morale taking a hit?

Yeah, I've definitely felt a shift too. It's like the air in the office is thicker lately, and people are a lot more hesitant to share anything beyond the absolute essentials. I’ve noticed more hushed conversations and a general sense of looking over the shoulder. It's making me a bit anxious, honestly. I keep wondering if there's some big announcement or restructuring on the horizon that no one is talking about yet. Hopefully, it's just seasonal stress, but it feels a little more significant than that.
