Curious about the current situation at Coterra. Beyond any layoff rumors, how are things actually feeling day-to-day? Is the workload manageable, or are people feeling stretched thin? Workload feels pretty standard, honestly. We're busy, but it's the kind of busy that comes with the territory in this industry. I haven't seen widespread burnout, but some teams are definitely feeling the pressure more than others, depending on project cycles and specific responsibilities. Morale is mixed – some folks are quite positive, especially with recent performance, while others are understandably more cautious given the broader economic climate. Seems like engagement is generally okay, but it's not overwhelmingly enthusiastic across the board.
