Just checking in to see if anyone has heard anything more specific about Coterra Energy regarding potential layoffs. I know we've had discussions before about general market conditions and the energy sector, but I'm wondering if anyone has received any more direct information, even if it's just from a manager in a roundabout way, or if there are specific teams or projects that seem to be winding down. My role hasn't been directly impacted yet, but I've noticed a few colleagues in adjacent teams suddenly becoming very quiet or updating their LinkedIn profiles. It's the kind of thing that makes you wonder if there's more going on behind the scenes than what's being communicated officially. Trying to stay informed without resorting to pure speculation. Same here. Nothing definitive from management about layoffs at Coterra, but the whispers are definitely there. I've seen some project scopes adjusted and a few people move around departments more than usual. It could just be seasonal reallocations, but it's hard to shake the feeling that something is brewing. Hopefully, it's just the usual churn, but your observation about adjacent teams is spot on – that's where I'd be looking too.
