Coterra Energy: Post-merger integration blues or something more?

Okay, I'm going to throw this out there, but with a big caveat that I have zero solid intel. Ever since the merger integration has been a slow burn. Lots of talk about "synergies" and "streamlining," but it feels like a lot of duplicated roles are still out there, and frankly, some departments are stretched incredibly thin while others seem to be coasting. I'm in [Redacted Department] and we're drowning, while I hear from friends in [Another Redacted Department] that it's business as usual. This kind of imbalance usually doesn't last. Is anyone else seeing this kind of internal friction? Could this be setting the stage for a more significant "right-sizing" effort down the line? Just trying to make sense of the operational weirdness. Feels like we're waiting for the other shoe to drop.
