Yeah, I'm hearing similar things in the Services org. Less communication than usual, and a lot of closed-door meetings. I've been through layoffs before at other companies, and this feels eerily similar to the lead-up. Smart move to update your resume. Better to be prepared than caught off guard. Don't panic, but definitely be proactive and start networking.
Honestly, every large company goes through these phases. Re-orgs can be disruptive, but they don't always mean the sky is falling. Maybe they're trying to streamline operations or shift focus. I'd wait and see what actually happens before jumping to conclusions and spreading unnecessary anxiety. Focus on your work and deliver results. That's always the best approach, regardless of any restructuring.
