Anyone else feeling uneasy about the recent re-orgs at CrowdStrike?

Been at CrowdStrike for almost 4 years now, in the Sales Engineering org. I've seen a few restructures, but this latest one feels different. My manager, who's usually super transparent, has been really cagey about things. I heard through the grapevine that some teams are being consolidated, and that usually doesn't end well. Anyone else feeling like something's brewing? I'm not saying layoffs are definitely coming, but the vibe is definitely off. I'm starting to update my resume just in case. Better safe than sorry, right?

Yeah, I'm hearing similar things in the Services org. Less communication than usual, and a lot of closed-door meetings. I've been through layoffs before at other companies, and this feels eerily similar to the lead-up. Smart move to update your resume. Better to be prepared than caught off guard. Don't panic, but definitely be proactive and start networking.

Honestly, every large company goes through these phases. Re-orgs can be disruptive, but they don't always mean the sky is falling. Maybe they're trying to streamline operations or shift focus. I'd wait and see what actually happens before jumping to conclusions and spreading unnecessary anxiety. Focus on your work and deliver results. That's always the best approach, regardless of any restructuring.
