Anyone else noticing a shift in hiring freezes or slowdown at CrowdStrike?

Hey everyone, Been seeing a lot of chatter around the industry about hiring freezes and slowdowns, and it got me thinking about CrowdStrike specifically. While there haven't been any official announcements or widespread layoff rumors that I've seen, I've personally noticed a few things that feel a bit off. For instance, roles that used to be open for months seem to be staying that way, and some new reqs that popped up recently seem to have gone quiet pretty quickly. I've also heard from a couple of folks in different departments that budgets are being scrutinized much more closely than before, and there's a general sense of caution. It's not panic mode by any means, but it's definitely a change from the hyper-growth vibe we've had for a while. Curious if others are picking up on similar signals, or if it's just me/my team observing this? Is anyone else feeling like hiring has become a lot more selective or has slowed down considerably across the board? Just trying to get a pulse on the current situation. Thanks!

Interesting observation. I haven't seen anything concrete about hiring freezes, but I agree that some roles seem to be lingering longer than usual on their career page. It could be a strategic shift in priorities or just the natural ebb and flow of recruitment cycles. The tech industry is always dynamic, so it's worth keeping an eye on how things unfold. Thanks for bringing this up for discussion.

I've been following CrowdStrike closely, and while I haven't personally experienced or heard direct confirmation of a hiring slowdown, I can see why people are asking. The cybersecurity market is incredibly competitive, and companies often adjust their hiring strategies based on market conditions and business goals. It's possible they're optimizing for specific roles or departments right now. Keep us posted if you hear anything more definitive!
