Okay, so I'm seeing more and more chatter online about potential layoffs at CrowdStrike. I'm in a pretty visible role in Threat Intel, so I usually have a decent pulse on things, but lately I've been hearing whispers about budget cuts and performance reviews being extra harsh. The stock price has been a bit volatile too, which doesn't help. I know all companies go through cycles, but has anyone heard anything concrete? Or are we all just collectively losing our minds? If layoffs do happen, what kind of severance packages has CrowdStrike offered in the past? Trying to gauge what to expect if the worst happens.

I've heard similar rumblings, especially in sales. A friend in their channel partner program mentioned tightened margins and increased pressure to hit targets. Could just be end-of-year stuff, but the vibe is definitely more anxious than usual. Maybe start updating your resume, just in case? Better to be prepared than caught off guard. Good luck!

Honestly, I think it's overblown. CrowdStrike is still growing like crazy, and cybersecurity is only becoming more critical. Budget cuts and stricter performance reviews are normal parts of managing that growth. Volatile stock? Tech stocks are all over the place right now. People are always paranoid, especially in this market. I wouldn't stress too much unless you get a direct warning.
