Heard some whispers... anyone else feeling uneasy?

I've been with CrowdStrike for almost 4 years now, in the incident response team. Lately, things have felt...off. My manager, who's usually pretty transparent, has been super vague in our 1:1s. I overheard some talk about 'restructuring' during a meeting I wasn't supposed to be in (whoops!). Anyone else getting the same vibe? I'm not trying to spread panic, but I'd rather be prepared than blindsided. Trying to gauge if this is just my anxiety or if there's something actually brewing. Maybe just the usual end-of-year performance review stress, but it feels different this time.

Yeah, I've noticed a shift too. Not in IR, but in sales. Deals are taking longer to close, and there's been a lot of pressure to upsell into areas that... well, let's just say the customer isn't always ready for. Could be the general economy, but the increased scrutiny on hitting targets feels different. Brush up your resume, just in case. No harm in being prepared, even if it's nothing.

Restructuring? Happens everywhere. Maybe it's a chance for growth, not a reason to panic. Four years is a good run, but companies evolve. Focus on your performance, network internally, and demonstrate your value. Jumping to conclusions based on whispers is rarely productive. Show them why they need you on the team, no matter what changes come.
