Is anyone else feeling the pressure cooker at CS lately?

Been seeing a lot of chatter around the place lately, and frankly, the vibe feels a bit off. My manager's been super cagey about team roadmaps and future projects, which is unusual. Used to be we'd have clear goals and lots of visibility into what's coming up, but now it's all 'stay tuned' and 'focus on current priorities'. Heard whispers through the grapevine about some reorgs happening in other departments, and it's hard not to connect the dots. No official word, of course, but the lack of transparency is definitely making people nervous. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on this, or if it's just my team/department that's feeling the chill. Trying to stay optimistic, but the uncertainty is getting to me.

Yeah, I've been picking up on that too. The air feels a bit heavy, and the lack of transparency about what's next is definitely unsettling. It's hard to stay motivated when you don't know where things are headed. Hope it's just a temporary phase and things clear up soon.

I'm with you. It feels like there's a lot going on under the surface, and the silence from leadership is making people nervous. Trying to keep my head down and focus on my work, but the uncertainty is hard to ignore. Fingers crossed for some positive updates soon.
