Morale check - how's everyone feeling?

Just wanted to start a thread to see how everyone's feeling about things at CS right now. Been hearing a lot of whispers about hiring freezes and some teams being restructured, but nothing concrete. It's hard to tell what's just general market jitters and what's specific to us. My own team's workload has definitely picked up, and there's a sense of 'hurry up and wait' on a lot of initiatives. Is this just my perception, or are others feeling a similar pressure or uncertainty? Trying to gauge the general sentiment and see if there's a common theme emerging. Appreciate any honest takes, good or bad.

Yeah, definitely feeling some of that pressure on my end too. The workload has been intense, and it feels like priorities are shifting pretty rapidly without a clear roadmap sometimes. It's tough to stay focused and deliver when the ground feels a bit shaky underneath. Hoping for more clarity soon, but for now, just trying to keep my head down and get through the day-to-day tasks. It's good to know I'm not the only one noticing these changes though.
