I hear you. The always-on culture in security is brutal. Have you tried talking to your manager about workload distribution or setting firmer boundaries about on-call availability? Maybe suggest rotating shifts or escalating issues more proactively. Don't let them burn you out, because that benefits nobody.
Crushing KPIs at the expense of your mental health isn't a victory. If management isn't listening, maybe it's time to explore other options. There are plenty of security roles out there. Before you jump ship, document everything: the excess hours, the unrealistic expectations. That way, if you need to escalate to HR, you'll have solid evidence.
