Anyone else feeling the crunch in their department at Crown Castle?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to gauge the overall sentiment at Crown Castle across different teams. My department has seen a noticeable uptick in workload, but without any corresponding increase in resources. We're basically being asked to do more with less, and it's starting to take a toll. Conversations around the (virtual) water cooler are getting a bit anxious. People are talking about budget freezes, hiring slowdowns, and just a general air of uncertainty about the future. I haven't seen any direct layoff announcements, but the pressure is definitely building. Trying to figure out if this is a company-wide thing or just something specific to my area.
