Anyone else feeling the pressure at Crown Castle right now?

Just wanted to see if I'm the only one feeling a general sense of unease at Crown Castle. Workload feels like it's still high, but there's a definite quietness about the future that's a bit unsettling. Seeing less external hiring and hearing fewer updates about growth initiatives. It's not panic stations yet, but the 'vibe' definitely feels more cautious than it used to. Anyone else picking up on this? Especially curious if anyone in leadership or adjacent roles have any insight, even if it's just general sentiment.

I'm definitely picking up on that too. The constant chatter about expansion and new projects seems to have faded quite a bit lately. It makes you wonder what's on the horizon. I've noticed the same thing with hiring – fewer new faces, and the ones who are here seem to be stretched thin. It's not a bad place to work by any means, but that sense of forward momentum has definitely slowed. Just trying to stay focused on my own tasks, but the lack of clear communication about the company's direction is noticeable.
