Anyone else notice fewer projects starting at CC?

0x28dd…0833Lately, it feels like a lot of the projects I'm involved in, or hear about from other departments, are either on hold or getting significantly scaled back. It's not a layoff announcement, so I don't want to jump to conclusions, but it's definitely a shift from how things were even six months ago. Budgets seem tighter, and approvals are taking way longer. Anyone else experiencing this at Crown Castle? Feels like the growth phase might be slowing down, and I'm wondering if this is a company-wide thing or just specific pockets. Trying to understand if this is a strategic pivot or just a reaction to market conditions. Any intel on what leadership is communicating internally about future project pipelines would be great.
