Anyone else notice fewer projects starting at CC?

Lately, it feels like a lot of the projects I'm involved in, or hear about from other departments, are either on hold or getting significantly scaled back. It's not a layoff announcement, so I don't want to jump to conclusions, but it's definitely a shift from how things were even six months ago. Budgets seem tighter, and approvals are taking way longer. Anyone else experiencing this at Crown Castle? Feels like the growth phase might be slowing down, and I'm wondering if this is a company-wide thing or just specific pockets. Trying to understand if this is a strategic pivot or just a reaction to market conditions. Any intel on what leadership is communicating internally about future project pipelines would be great.

I've seen something similar on my end. It's definitely a noticeable change in pace. Projects that seemed like slam dunks a while back are now facing intense scrutiny, and the timelines are stretching out considerably. It's frustrating when you're trying to keep momentum, but it does seem like there's a much tighter rein on spending across the board. Makes you wonder about the strategic direction or if it's just a cyclical adjustment. Hopefully, it's a temporary lull and not indicative of a long-term slowdown.
