Crown Castle - Anyone else feeling the pinch?

It feels like the workload has been steadily increasing over the past year, while the number of people on some teams seems to be plateauing or even decreasing. I'm not talking about a major layoff event, but more of a slow, steady squeeze. Projects are getting bigger, deadlines tighter, and there's definitely more pressure to do 'more with less'. Is this just the nature of the industry right now, or is it specific to Crown Castle? Curious to hear if others are experiencing a similar dynamic or have heard anything through the grapevine. Trying to get a sense of whether this is a temporary situation or a sign of a more significant shift in how the company operates.
