Hey everyone, I've been with CC for a few years now and lately, the vibe feels... off. We haven't had any official announcements, but the whispers are getting louder. Project budgets seem tighter, there's a hiring freeze on some teams, and just generally, people seem more anxious than usual. I'm trying to stay focused on my work, but it's hard not to notice the subtle changes. Anyone else in a similar boat? Is this just general market anxiety, or do you think something more is brewing at CC specifically? Trying to gauge if it's just my department or a company-wide thing.

I'm definitely feeling it too. The budget cuts are real, and it's trickling down to project timelines and resources. It's creating a lot of uncertainty, and honestly, it's making it harder to plan long-term. I'm trying to keep my head down and do my job, but the lack of transparency is concerning. Yeah, the atmosphere has shifted. I've seen a few roles that were open for ages not get filled, and team leads are being much more conservative with spending requests. It's not just you. There's a definite sense of unease. I'm hoping it's a temporary thing tied to the broader economic climate, but it's hard not to worry about what it might mean for stability down the line.
