Hey all, been with CC for a few years now and things feel…different lately. Management's been super cagey about 'optimizing operations' and 'synergies' for the past couple of quarters. Lots of whispers about teams being consolidated and some roles becoming redundant, though nothing concrete has been announced. It's making people nervous, for sure. Anyone else picking up on this vibe or hearing anything more specific? Trying to figure out if it's just general market jitters or if something's actually brewing at Crown Castle.
