Is anyone else feeling this intense pressure to 'do more with less' at Crown Castle? We've been getting hammered with new KPIs and a supposed 'efficiency drive' that feels like it's setting us up for something. Project timelines are getting shorter, and the expectation is just hitting targets without much additional resource. It's starting to feel like a way to justify cuts down the line, or at least make the remaining people work twice as hard. Honestly, it's exhausting and pretty demoralizing. I've seen this playbook before in previous companies, and it usually doesn't end well. Anyone have thoughts on whether this is just a standard corporate push or something more concerning for job security here?

I'm definitely feeling it too. It seems like every week there's a new metric to hit, and the goalposts keep moving. The constant emphasis on 'efficiency' feels like a way to squeeze every last drop out of us without actually investing in the team. It's hard to stay motivated when you feel like you're just a number and your workload is constantly increasing. I'm worried about burnout and what this really means for job security in the long run. Hoping this is just a phase, but it doesn't feel like it right now.
