Is anyone actually seeing growth, or just budget cuts?

Serious question—does leadership think we’re blind? We keep getting these town halls about 'optimizing our tower portfolio' and 'long-term value,' but all I see is headcount reduction and constant reshuffling. The workload for those of us left behind is becoming unsustainable. I’ve been with CC for a few years now, and the culture shift from 'we’re a stable infra play' to 'we need to cut costs to appease the street' is depressing. I spend half my day doing work that used to be handled by a team that no longer exists. If they’re planning another round, I’d rather they just rip the band-aid off so we can all move on. Are people actually getting raises this cycle, or is the budget for that being sacrificed for these 'realignments' too? Thinking about jumping ship before the next round of notifications hits.
