Anyone else hearing whispers about major changes at CVS?

Seeing some chatter online and hearing a few things from people I know who work there, but nothing concrete. It feels like something big is brewing. Some are saying it's a big restructuring, others are flat-out saying layoffs are coming. It's hard to know what to believe. I've been with CVS for a few years and things have always seemed stable, but this feels different. Is anyone in a different department seeing the same thing? Or maybe someone has inside info they can share (anonymously, of course)? Trying to get a sense of the landscape before anything actually happens. Just want to be prepared.

I've definitely picked up on similar vibes. My cousin works in one of their corporate offices and she's mentioned a lot of uncertainty lately. Lots of meetings that seem to lead nowhere and hushed conversations. She hasn't heard anything specific about layoffs, but the general feeling is that things are in flux. It's unnerving when the usual stability seems to be eroding, even if you don't have concrete information.

Interesting, I haven't heard anything directly, but the stock has been a bit volatile lately. Sometimes that's a precursor to significant strategic shifts.
