Cost-cutting measures impacting morale?
53
0x532e…653dLately, it feels like every department is being asked to tighten their belts. We're seeing fewer resources allocated, project scopes getting trimmed, and a general sense of 'doing more with less.' While I understand the need for efficiency, especially in this economic climate, the constant pressure is starting to wear people down. There's a lot of speculation about whether these cost-saving initiatives are a precursor to something bigger. Has anyone else noticed a significant shift in how things are being run? Are these just standard business practices, or does anyone feel like it's building towards a more significant change like layoffs? It's hard to stay motivated when you feel like your role might be on the chopping block, even if there's no official word. Just curious to hear if others are experiencing this and how you're coping.
