Hey all. Seeing a lot of chatter online, some pretty specific numbers about potential layoffs at CVS. It's unsettling, especially with no official word. Feels like the rumors are getting louder and more detailed, referencing cost-cutting and restructuring. I'm in [Department, e.g., Pharmacy Operations/IT/etc.] and we haven't heard anything concrete from management, which is almost worse. Are these just rumors, or is anyone else in a similar boat? Feeling a lot of anxiety not knowing what's really going on. Hoping for some clarity soon, but the silence is deafening. Wondering if others have seen similar external reports and if there's any internal signal we might be missing.

I'm also in a similar department and hearing the same whispers. It's tough to focus on daily tasks when there's so much uncertainty about the future. The lack of direct communication from leadership is really fueling the anxiety. I keep hoping it's just noise, but the sheer volume of the rumors makes it hard to dismiss entirely. Hoping for some clarity soon, for everyone's sake.
