Feeling the pressure? What's going on at CVS?

Hey everyone, has anyone else been feeling a general sense of unease or increased pressure at CVS lately? I've been hearing a lot of chatter, not just from my team but across departments, about 'efficiency improvements' and 'streamlining operations.' It's starting to feel like more than just standard business jargon. We've seen some reorgs and a few people exiting, but nothing officially announced as layoffs. Just wondering if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm in a particularly 'optimized' corner of the beast. Morale seems a bit shaky, and people are definitely talking. Anyone else experiencing this or have any insights into what might be coming down the pipeline? Trying to gauge if I need to update the resume or if this is just another cycle.

Definitely feeling it too. The 'efficiency improvements' are hitting hard, and it's tough to keep up with the increased workload while also dealing with the uncertainty. It seems like a lot of us are just trying to stay afloat and hope for the best. The lack of clear communication is making things even more stressful. Just want to know what the plan is.

Yeah, I've heard similar things. The vibe has been off for a while now. Lots of whispers and rumors, and it's hard to ignore the changes happening around us. The 'streamlining' seems to be impacting morale quite a bit. Hoping things become clearer soon, but it's definitely a tense atmosphere right now.
