Heard about potential layoffs - Is it happening?

Been seeing some alarming articles circulating about CVS potentially letting go of a significant number of employees. Some sources are even putting a figure on it. It's really starting to get to me, especially since there's been zero communication from HR or leadership on this. It makes you wonder if we're just waiting for the other shoe to drop. Anyone in a different division hearing anything at all? Or has anyone been approached or noticed any unusual activity (like people clearing out desks, mass meeting invites without context)? This uncertainty is brutal. Just trying to gauge if this is widespread speculation or if there's something more concrete happening behind the scenes that we're not privy to yet.
