Hearing whispers about potential restructuring at CVS - anyone else?

Hey everyone. Been working at CVS for a few years now, mostly feeling secure. But lately, I've been hearing some chatter, not official, mind you, but just office gossip and hushed conversations. Seems like there might be some reorganizations happening or possibly even some roles being reviewed. It's creating a bit of anxiety, to be honest. Is anyone else picking up on this? Have any of your departments been asked to do anything unusual, like detailed inventory of tasks or skills? Or are managers suddenly being cagey about future projects? Just trying to gauge if this is a widespread feeling or if I'm just overthinking things. Would be good to know if others are feeling the same unease. Trying to stay positive but it's hard not to worry a little. Thanks for any insights.

I've noticed some increased discussions about efficiency lately, and it does feel like there might be changes on the horizon. My team hasn't been asked for any specific task inventories yet, but the general buzz is definitely noticeable. It's hard not to feel a little uneasy when there's so much speculation, especially when you're invested in your role. Hoping for some clarity soon.

Yeah, the office grapevine has been pretty active about this. I'm in operations, and we've had some 'strategic alignment' meetings that felt a little more intense than usual. Nothing concrete announced, but the underlying tone suggests they're looking at optimizing resources. It's the uncertainty that's the hardest part, right? Let's hope whatever comes out of it is for the best in the long run.
