Hearing whispers about potential workforce adjustments at CVS?

Hey everyone, I've been hearing some chatter lately, mostly through informal channels and some vague mentions in company-wide comms about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining.' It's not official, but the word on the street is that there might be some significant workforce adjustments coming down the pipeline at CVS. Nothing concrete, of course, but the vibe is definitely there. Anyone else picking up on this? Wondering if it's across the board or specific departments. Trying not to panic, but it's hard not to feel a little uneasy when you hear these kinds of things. Just looking to see if anyone else is in the same boat or has any more concrete info, even if it's just hearsay. Trying to stay ahead of it if possible.

Yeah, I've been feeling that too. Management has been really tight-lipped, but the constant talk about 'optimizing resources' and 'strategic realignment' feels like code for something. I'm in the corporate office, and the atmosphere has been pretty tense. Trying to stay focused on my work, but it's hard not to worry about what it all means for our teams and our roles. Hoping for some clarity soon, but I'm not holding my breath. It’s just unsettling not knowing what’s coming.

This sounds familiar. We’ve gone through similar whispers before, and sometimes it leads to real changes, other times it’s just noise. My advice? Keep doing your job to the best of your ability and document everything. If anything does happen, being prepared is the best defense. I’m curious to see if it impacts stores or just corporate roles, as that would be a very different ballgame. Let’s hope for the best but prepare for… well, anything.
