The Aetna integration has been a massive undertaking, and it's not uncommon for companies that large to experience some internal restructuring afterwards. It could be a natural part of the process to realign resources and focus on core strengths. The healthcare landscape is changing rapidly, so any company the size of CVS will need to adapt to stay competitive. Hopefully, any changes are well-considered and lead to a stronger, more focused organization in the long run.
