Been seeing a lot of chatter on here and other places about potential belt-tightening across Danaher LS. No official word, of course, but the vibe feels…off. Are others in the Life Sciences division noticing it?", "Anything from hiring freezes, project slowdowns, or just a general sense of unease from management?", "I'm in [mention a general area like R&D, sales, ops] and we've had some budget reviews that feel a little more intense than usual lately. Yeah, I've felt it too in [general area]. It's not just you. Budgets are definitely being scrutinized more than usual. Feels like we're being asked to justify every single expense, which is a bit stressful when you're trying to drive innovation. Hoping it's just a cyclical thing or a specific strategic shift, but it does make you wonder what's brewing under the surface.
