Hey everyone, I've been hearing some whispers lately across a few different LSI operating companies within the BioPharma sector. Nothing concrete, just the usual 'optimization' talk and some org chart shuffling. Anyone else picking up on this? It feels like they're consolidating teams or maybe moving resources around after the Cytiva integration. I'm trying not to panic, but it's hard not to when you see senior roles being made redundant or projects getting put on indefinite hold. The 'optimization' buzzword is always a red flag. It's never fun to be on the receiving end of organizational changes, and redundancies are never easy to swallow. Hopefully, the leadership is transparent about their plans and the rationale behind any shifts. Communication is key during times like these to alleviate concerns within the teams.
